
The Lodge

The Lodge is a detached stone-built house, located at the northern end of the grounds of Chateau de Surosne. It is available for long and short stays with a minimum of 3 nights between April and October. Two night breaks are available for the rest of the year. It has a private drive which leads to the front of the property where you can park up to 4 cars. There are 4 bedrooms; at present bedroom 4 with twin beds is on the mezzanine floor of the double bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 also has twin beds and a full sized, two single sofa bed, and bedroom 2 is a twin. The house sleeps a maximum of 10.

The ground floor is a large, open plan area with doors to the terrace and a huge open fireplace. It has a spacious dining area with extendable antique tables and Lloyd Loom chairs. The comfortable lounging area has seating for the whole group, and the flatscreen TV offers a variety of entertainment including Netflix.
The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine and cis fully equipped to include cooking pots, crockery and glassware for all occasions.
There are two outdoor terraces, the rear is a perfect private sunbathing space complete with loungers and even a bar and the front terrace has an all weather cover, so that you can dine outside if you prefer. The dining terrace has a large glass table and Phillipe Starck 'Ghost' chairs. There is a BBQ and fire pit.
